How to take part
- 1
Register as a supplier
Send us your company details and what you supply. We open a supplier account and issue a compliance checklist for this category.
- 2
Clear prequalification
Upload the documents listed above. Each one is checked and you can see what is still outstanding. Most first applications need one clarification, which is normal and does not count against you.
- 3
Quote the aggregated volume before the deadline
The quantities shown above are the pledged demand, already gathered and frozen, so you are pricing a known volume rather than an estimate. Quotes stay sealed until the deadline passes and no price is readable before then, including by us. Volume bands are recommended: they are what lets a shortfall resolve itself instead of reopening the price.

Qualification, then price
Every quote is first checked against the qualification requirements listed above. Only the quotes that meet them are compared at all, so a cheaper quote that missed a mandatory requirement is not passed over on price, it was never admissible. The comparison is the total cost across the whole aggregated volume, with delivery averaged over the regions you cover rather than added up, and a quote that leaves an item unpriced ranks below every complete one. TVCCL awards, then each institution confirms its own share.
